•Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 pm - Beginning Belly Dance Class w/ Kirsten Maclellan - Come and learn the beautiful and ancient art of belly dance in a safe and supportive environment. This class will introduce you to all the basic moves and teach you inspiring choreographies @ Goleta Valley Community Center, 5679 Hollister Ave., Rm. 8, Goleta COST: $10 per class. •Wednesdays, 6 PM - ? - Run Santa Barbara @ Ledbetter Beach, during the Summer. Come out and run 5k and enjoy live music and dinner afterwards. Swimming in the Ocean and bike riding also optional if you are training for a triathalon.

•Wednesdays, 7pm -9pm (and every 1st Wednesday of the Month) - Transformational Experience Networking w/ T. Harv Eker @ Arts Alive! 1 N. •Fridays, 5:30 to 7:30 pm - EDC's TGIF (THANK GOODNESS IT'S FRIDAY!) CELEBRATION - Environmental Defense Center’s TGIFs are casual happy hour events to bring together the community to celebrate our common mission of environmental protection. Everyone is welcome to attend and all proceeds benefit EDC's ongoing programs. Join us in our courtyard at 906 Garden Street in Santa Barbara for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, live music and good company. April to October.

•Fridays, 7:30 - 10:30 pm - Dance Away @ Unitarian Society 1535 Santa Barbara St. with new age and ambient sounds, with a mixture of pop/rock and world music, and twenty minutes of live drumming to open the community. (Hand drums only, no sticks please.) variety from 9:30 to 10:30. Rock, Old School, and Hip-Hop; Disco to Techno; New Age to New Wave; African, Latin, Middle Eastern Waltz and more. Our DJs offer something for everyone.

•Saturdays, 6 - 9 am - Meditate, Pray, Heal @ Sunburst Sanctuary, Buellton, California - Come and go when you wish during this quiet time.

•Saturdays, 8:30 - 12:30 pm - Downtown Santa Barbara Farmers Market; Corner of Santa Barbara and Cota Streets. Come down and buy fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, small plants, specialty items; street musicians and music.

•Saturdays, 4-8 pm - Santa Barbara Drum & Dance Circle - meets on the grass near the beach across from Chase Palm Park
