In IST Therapy, the Third Eye acts as a Powerful Gateway Into Deep Subconscious Levels of the Psyche.

You experience a metaphysical unraveling of patterns, emotions, attitudes, likes and dislikes which ensue from emotional imprints. These imprints may have occurred in this life time or in previous lifetimes. Regardless, they can have negative effects on your ability to manifest the life you want and feel happy, healthy and empowered.

IST addresses prerecorded messages that effect the way your life plays out.

It is like rowing a boat with the anchor down. These emotional charges keep you stuck. You can row for years and lifetimes and not move unless you deal with the anchor.

During your initial 90 minute session, you will share important details of your life history. Significant life events, accidents, illnesses, family history and concerns you have about your life and talk about what it is you want to see change.

Then you will learn the technique for opening and moving into the Third Eye space. After practicing this, you will lie down. A spot will be pressed that corresponds to the healing that needs to take place and we will begin to move inward.

Clients often experience feeling sensations, seeing colors or light, feeling emotions or suddenly feeling that they are themselves at an earlier time in their life or in another life time. As the space unfolds, I will ask questions that help you to go deeper and you will at times feel a deep letting go of old hurts and opening into larger, more timeless parts of yourself that were trapped under the emotional blockage.

After the session, it is usually ideal to spend some time relaxing at home so that the healing can continue for you.

Over the last 17 years, of studying and teaching yoga, I have learned from many inspiring teachers. Some teachers focused more on the precision of asanas, others on yoga sutras, and others taught in a more fluid way – attempting to capture a little bit of everything yoga has to offer in their style of teaching.

During this time I read many books by spiritual teachers. Often they described experiences it seemed were only available to an enlightened master.

Teachers spoke of vivid experiences of spiritual realms, third eye awakenings, mental telepathy and astral travel. While I hoped to have these rich experiences for myself, I only had small glimpses into these seemingly unreachable states and experiences.

In 2005, that all changed for me when I saw an IST practitioner for the first time for something called the ISIS technique. Immediately, I began having tangible experiences of my third eye, emotional traumas began to lift leading me to deep experiences of much larger parts of myself and I could not only feel, but also see the spiritual visions I once thought only open to spiritual masters! I was hooked and immediately began studying to become a practitioner. It took me three years and a lot of personal growth to become a practitioner.

What was really special about the practices I learned through ISIS and other courses at the Clairvision school was the effect they had not only during meditation, but in my life. As my inner life became more visible, I began to experience lasting changes in my outer life. My relationships improved. I felt more joy and enthusiasm. Mundane, every day moments were no longer mundane – they were infused with a warmth that came from deep within me. Sure, there were challenging times and lots of practice, but the lasting effects made it all worth it.

Now I can say that I love what I do. I love sharing ISIS with people and being there to support them as they have their first deep experiences and see their outer life changing just like I first did 7 years ago.
