I am an Advanced Certified CranioSacral Therapist & Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute. I am Doctor of Chiropractic, & a Level 2 Usui Reiki Practitioner.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST) is a light-touch therapeutic approach that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health.  The CranioSacral system consists of the soft tissue membranes and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord, which is completely enclosed by the Cranium (skull) & vertebrae (spinal bones).  Any restriction, or tension upon this membrane system compromises the functional capability of the Central Nervous System, and every other system of the body too.

Using gentle touch, about the weight of a nickel, a CranioSacral Therapist releases those tensions and restrictions in the body to allow the entire body to relax, self-correct, and begin to self regulate tension. When this happens, the results are amazing.  Pain, tension, and stress dissipate, immune function improves, as does your overall health and well-being.

Somatoemotional Release

SOMATOEMOTIONAL RELEASE (SER) is an extremely effective technique of releasing the stored memories and emotions that one acquires during stressful and often times traumatic event(s).  SER is performed during the CST session, and when successful, it helps change people's lives tremendously.  It provides them the ability to recall experiences, traumas, accidents, and emotions that they have been holding beneath the surface of their awareness for years.  Once the suppressed experience(s) surface, the problems can be dealt with and resolved.  Often times, the pain and other symptoms resolve on the spot.

Chiropractic Healthcare

CHIROPRACTIC HEALTHCARE is a hands on approach to health. Chiropractors uses their hands to deliver very specific manipulation forces to the spinal vertebrae and other joints of the body.  By doing so, the tension, pain, and dysfunction are reduced and corrected, improving the function of the Central Nervous System (brain & spinal cord).
