Dr. Jeff Rynders, DC
- Santa Barbara Chiropractor |
Hi!
I’m Dr. Jeff Rynders, DC. I have been in private practice
since graduating from Los Angeles College
of Chiropractic in April 2003. My goal as a Chiropractor is
not only to free my patients of pain so that they can function
fully, but also improve their lives in many ways. Some of these
ways include perspectives on nutrition, exercise, stress, and
lifestyle choices.
A
bit about my practice:
I am the sole provider in my office, and treat patients one
on one. I use my hands in treatment primarily, although my office
is equipped with mechanical traction for the back and neck,
electrical stimulation, ultrasound, pelvic blocks, and hot and
cold therapies that I use as needed. With my hands I evaluate
and treat the neuromusculoskeletal system of the body. By neuromusculoskeletal,
I mean Nervous System Tone, Muscle Tension & Tightness,
and Joint Restrictions.
I refer to my work as Core Tension Release because my goal is
to reduce the root tension causing dysfunction and pain anywhere
in the body. Core Tension Release is a combination of Network
Spinal Analysis, Myofascial Release, and Diversified Chiropractic
Adjusting techniques that I combine and use when I approach my
patients’ care. My patients report a sense of body awareness,
mental acuity, relaxation, and tension reduction at their core
after being treated. I enjoy treating patients of all age groups,
and no patient is either too young or too old to receive the benefits
of my work.

Don’t
wait any longer to improve your health!
I look forward to meeting you.
