Bowen technique is unique in the field of bodywork; a gentle neuro-muscular and connective tissue modality that benefits the joints, muscles, nerves, fluids and energy of the body.

How Bowen Works
A deeply relaxing bodywork, Bowen Technique is a sequenced series of short, gentle, rolling moves at specific points over muscle and other soft tissue. Each series is followed by a brief quiet period that allows the body to integrate the signal. What You Can Expect
