Patrik Maiani, or as he is popularly known, Piano Patrik, is a great musician and teacher. His instrument of choice is the piano and he composes and plays romantic, passionate music, though you may hear him cover anything from Jazz Standards to Mozart to the Scorpions! He performs every Thursday night at the El Encanto Hotel in Santa Barbara, 7-11 p.m. with singer extraordinaire, Lois Minato.

Patrik teaches piano to children and adults, and performs at concerts and special engagements around the world. Some of his recent works include a triumphant symphonic work for New Year's Eve, called CLIMAX 2002. It is meant to be played by piano and orchestra 5 minutes before midnight. It is a triumphant work and so is also a great theme for a sporting event. He also recently composed a Latin romantic pop ballad called "TANTO AMORE" which Patrik declares will one day be a huge wedding standard. And to show his diversity he has just finished a a country single "LONESOME COWBOY". Patrik is always searching for vocal talent to sing his compositions.
