Connection Classes

a stronger core structure can help with all those things.
Core
Connection classes are a fun and effective way to increase your
body’s core strength and flexibility. Various challenge
levels for each exercise allow you to work out at your own particular
fitness level – for faster results.
What’s
your core, and why should you connect with it?
Your
core includes muscles like the transverses abdominis, lumbar multifidus
and obliques. They encircle, stabilize and support your spine.
They also play a valuable role in communicating with your brain
and central nervous system.
