By combining the breath (HA) and deep tissue massage (Lomi Lomi)…
within the dance of traditional Hawaiian Movements,

The Session
“Listen to the wave”
The session begins with the Breath,
as the feet are bathed in hot salt water.
We arrive together, while clarifying and setting your intention
for the journey.
The Breath clears, the Intention builds.
Deep, long, connected strokes, open and soothe the body.
Forearms for deeper work and focused touch are used to penetrate tension areas.
This is an integrating and rooting massage.
Very helpful to balance out mental workings, relaxing body tension, and releasing patterns while bringing balance through the whole body with the power of Aloha.
