Working through the three layers of the body: acupressure points, energy meridians, and emotional body, Fleur has a unique ability to bring clients into deep relaxation with a heightened awareness of their body's intelligence.

This awareness can happen during or after a session; its impact guides clients through their own healing and often opens them to their inherent gifts, challenges, and breakthroughs.

Holistic Body-Mind Therapy considers the body in its totality. It respects the personal aspects of each client, addressing a persons' body, mind, and emotions without being intrusive to each individual's process.

Holistic Body-Mind Therapy is a Hands-on Treatment that integrates several healing modalities. Fleur offers each client a simple body scan at the start of each session while listening carefully to each client's needs to discern which combination of techniques she will employ.

During the session clients are facilitated in a TRANSFORMATIVE DIALOGUE which may involve vision questing, guided visualization, artistic expression (writing, painting, movement, etc.) or other somatic practices. The hands-on work allows often opens the door for transformative shifts to take place on other levels.

After many years of traveling dedicated to personal growth and professional experience Fleur came to the realization that she needed to settle in a nurturing environment, one with a highly co-creative setting and a supportive community. Her vision materialized in Montecito where she now lives with her beloved husband.
