Breathwork activates the great healing power of Breath, inducing a deep relaxation state and expanded awareness in which deeply hidden, suppressed emotions and unintegrated life experiences can be let go of. Julia is a gifted breathworker, certified by One Sky International Healing Arts Institute as well as Breathwork Rebirthing International. She has studied rebirthing breathwork with Leonard Orr, Heike Strombach, Dan Brulé, and Binnie A. Dansby (ecstatic birth), adding and developing her intuitive touch, holisitc approach,h and loving style.
