Xuan Kong is the genesis of all Feng Shui method - identifying order in the chaos of structural and environmental imbalance. Xuan Kong uses only 5 elements to balance - Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

“I’m often asked ‘My spouse doesn't believe in Feng Shui at all. Can I still do it and will it still work?” The answer is a resounding YES. The cycles of energy that were corralled when the structure was completed are there, active and affecting the lives of everyone in the structure, (including your pets) whether you believe in unseen energies or not. “Belief has nothing to do with it” Lee Ann says “It is akin to the earth’s gravity or the wind. We can’t physically see either, but the effects from both we can see & feel. If you declare you don’t believe in the wind it will still blow on you.

If you declare you don’t believe in gravity you don’t suddenly fly off the planet, it is affecting you regardless of belief - and both are completely invisible! That is why a real Feng Shui analysis confirms a lot of what the client is already aware of - financial stress or ease, health issues or vibrant health, mental fogginess or clarity, conjugal bliss or third party interference, etc. What may be affecting you and your loved ones can be very apparent in the reading of a structure that has been occupied for awhile. If it is a new situation the symptoms may not be as apparent, but balance can still be created as it is very clear what the structure will need to thrive.”

I encourage folks’ skepticism. Since Feng Shui is still in it’s infancy in the West, potential Feng Shui clients may wish to educate themselves a bit. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about your potential practitioner’s education, experience and/or for their testimonials. Ask if the practitioner will deal with the element of “Time” in your Treatment - “This simple question can tell you loads about what kind of method someone wants to put in place for you, their training, attitude towards questions, etc.”. Lee Ann offers: “personally I love questions, as I have them as well. When I began my formal training my master would chuckle at how skeptical I was and the number of questions I would ask. As I continue to learn, I test all new Xuan Kong techniques before offering them to my clientele. I aim for maximum results.”

For newbie practitioners, it can be very easy to invent information in a Feng Shui situation. This is due in part to the lack of instruments that can measure environmental Qi - they are yet to be invented, but that does not mean the energies don’t exist. It’s like the“Schuman Frequency” discovered by Dr. Winifred Otto Schuman in 1952. For thousands of years humans have spoken, written and sung about the ‘pulse and heartbeat’ of our planet, but it was not until the seventies when NASA invented the instruments to actually listen to the interior of our planet interacting with the ionosphere that confirmed what ancient civilizations knew all along; that the core of our planet sounds like a human heart beat! ~ SERVICES OFFERED ~

Initial Feng Shui Consultation/reading:
An Initial Consultation is the beginning of any Xuan Kong Treatment and gives the client a compass reading of the structure, date of construction analysis and client compatibility with building via birth information. Consultation fee may be applied to Full Treatment fee if Full Treatment is taken within 2 weeks of Initial Consultation.

Full Treatment: This gives the client a Full Feng Shui Treatment for the building’s interior and exterior. Includes best personal directions, grid line/energy separating lines, spatial relation of interior furniture, Feng Shui Remedy Map, exterior Water Map(s) if applicable and gratis phone and or online support throughout the entire Treatment period.

Annual Refresh/For 2+ year clientele: Xuan Kong tracks the ever-changing energies within a structure.
Its power is in the accuracy of the tracking method and then responding to energetic shifts to the best advantage of the occupant(s). This subtle energy shift takes place over a 12 month span and culminates annually in February. In order to continue to practice environmental balance it is necessary to make a few small changes to your remedy plan each year. By annually refreshing, the client is able to take advantage of their New Year’s potentials with fresh, accurate remedies. Last year’s Feng Shui cycles are not applicable the next year.

Xuan Kong Exterior Treatment only: This service offers exterior Treatment for a structure that is in financial distress or health/relationship challenges but may not be available for a Full Treatment.
Exterior Treatment is designed to balance money and or people Qi (energy) improvements. An accurate floor plan may be required to complete this treatment. If client does not have an accurate floor plan I can draw one for them.

Long Distance/Satellite Readings: This gives the client, regardless of location, the opportunity to have the structure read via Google Earth. If the structure can be seen from the sky, it can usually be read. If it cannot be seen from the sky, please let us know as there are some other options available to us.

Monthly Environmental Acupuncture Calendar: This advanced Feng Shui technique gives the client the current years’ powerful monthly shifts. The Calendar tracks 30 day changing cycles of energy and shows the client how to easily take advantage of upcoming monthly money, love and health cycles. This technique is generally not given in most Feng Shui treatments, however due to the economy and the overall need for deeper support I offer this easy and powerful option. This Calendar is gratis to first year Full Treatments, per structure.

Sales/Rentals: Whether a Residential or Commercial structure, this service offers Xuan Kong Feng Shui information to help support the “right feeling” in a sales or rental situation. A temporary remedy plan is created to best support structures that are hard to rent, rent often, troublesome sales or for clients desiring greatest buyer response when showing the building. This technique may require the addition of temporary exterior/interior water features, certain colors be placed in specific locations, etc. These powerful techniques can be incorporated in any “staging” situation.

Locating a new home/rental/residential/commercial: These online services are offered to folks that are searching for a good building but have not committed to rental or sale. The address is read via Google Earth. A verbal report is given as to suitability of structure for the clients’ needs and a short email of their information.

Fu Xing and Fu Wei Legal Support Techniques: This gives the client the tools to support their legal efforts. Not all structures can take this technique. An initial analysis is offered for $45 to determine if the structure is a suitable candidate for this work. This Initial Analysis is offered gratis to Full Treatment clientele.

Building Design: This gives the client the opportunity to create great Feng Shui from the ground up. Doors, windows, exterior land features and building orientation are advised to best capture and create the very best Qi (energy) the lot/land offers. Basically we create a building that is 100% tailored for the client and their desires.

Welcoming Baby or new occupant: This technique offers support on how to best “open” the home to new life. This can be supportive in a situation where baby does not come quickly, troublesome pregnancies or trouble keeping roommates. Advice is given for direction and location of bed, identification of a Locked Cycle that may be blocking new energy, advice on correcting a building that does not support people Qi and advice on best months for adoption, creation of baby or welcoming new occupant(s). Though this technique is best used in a Full Treatment situation, in some cases it can be applied to just a bedroom. This method is not meant to replace a doctor’s advice. This technique is most effective with a Full Treatment.

Best Personal Directions & Water maps: This gives the client an array of options for individualized Feng Shui stimulation. Information includes the client’s Gui Ren (Receive Most Helpful Friends), Tao Hua (Increasing Sexual Appeal), Lu Cun (Get Money), Wen Chang (Brilliant Scholar & Spirit), Wen Qu (Brilliant Artist), Gu Chen and Gua Su (Sleep Alone & Lonely Pillow), Chong (Negative directions), Yang Ren (Negative Water direction). The above information is included for each occupant in Full Treatment.

Yin House Feng Shui: Placement and or alignment of gravestone to best benefit remaining family.

Haunted structures: This service is offered on a case by case basis. Please let me know the nature of the disturbance and we can go from there.

Day Selection: This gives the client positive days and or times for certain activities. Especially helpful when listing a home.
