I blend the most beneficial of massage modalities to create a therapeutic experience that continues to integrate for hours and even days afterwards. My clients acknowledge me for consistency of quality and the ability to massage as deeply or as gently as needed.

Swedish: Deep circulatory and kneading strokes that break up adhesions below the skin’s surface and at deeper layers. Toxins get flushed from tissues and circulation is increased for deeper relaxation and enhanced immunity.

Deep Tissue: Frees your body of long-held patterns of tension. I re-visit tight areas throughout the massage to give your Central Nervous System time to get the message that it is safe to let go. If needed, I work muscles that don’t usually get addressed in massage, such as the muscle that lives under the shoulder blade or on the inside of the hip bone. Tight areas that were depleted can now be nourished with a flow of blood and energy.

Hot Stone Massage: I incorporate this ancient style of massage in most of my sessions. Heated basalt stones are placed at specific sites on your body to help open up blocked energy channels along the meridian lines. The benefits are that it promotes deep muscle and tissue relaxation, improves circulation, releases toxins and relieves pain. Not to mention that it feels utterly fabulous. Beneficial for a meriad of conditions.

Reflexology: Specific points of the hands and feet are kneaded and held to release toxins and stimulate the body’s systems to enhance function. These areas are addressed several times throughout the massage.

Reiki: Universal life energy is intentionally flowing through my hands as I massage. This energy is both subtle and powerful. Reiki deepens relaxation and breaks up any energetic blockages on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual levels to create balance.

Pregnancy Massage: A vital part of a mother-to-be's maintance. The wellbeing and tranquility that a woman experiences during the session is directly felt by her unborn child and each session builds upon the next. There are many chemical and structural changes occuring in her body that massage can ease and balance. The benefits are:

• Relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs.
• Increase in blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling.
• Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints.
• Improves outcome of labor and eases labor pain.
• Enhances the pliability of skin and underlying tissues.
• Provides support for the new mother with physical and emotional strains of mothering.

My skills and intuition have developed and deepened over the 10 + years of massaging literally hundreds of people with a realm of therapeutic needs.

Wellbeing in all of its forms continues to be a primary focus in my life. I have included other modalities; Clinical Hypnotherapy, Intuitive Council, Reiki, Breath Work and La Chance Emotional Release Method, to expand the level of understanding of my Self, so that I can be clear to guide others to an understanding of their life lessons. I am committed to the personal empowerment of other’s so that they will know the beauty of finding deeper meaning and more joy in each day.

Through the use of massage therapy I have witnessed countless people return to physical and emotional balance. My appreciation of body work has deepened, and I am grateful for the rich experience each client has given me.

My clients range in age from 14 to 89 and come from all walks of life: Dancers, yoga instructors, massage therapists, firefighters, construction workers, surfers, artists--people who use their bodies fully and wish to stay healthy, and people who are ready to embrace moving into wellbeing.
