organic wine tasting vineyards, 2 hot springs locations
for soothing the soul, Ensenada’s charm for
eating fresh sea food, health oriented restaurants,
and or famous fish tacos, El Valle de Mexicali learning
the Aqua Aroma Reflexology by floating in a warm
mineral indoor pool, El Cannon de Guadalupe gathering
popular therapeutic bentonite volcanic ashes, Tecate
hiking its mountains to collect crystals.
During
this six day educational adventure circuit you will
experience daily natural body exfoliants and facials,
aroma herbal temezcal, Aroma infused ethnic healthy
meals demonstrations, spinal awareness and body
movements like yoga and meditative nature walks,
basic aroma aqua reflexology routine, basic properties
of six essential oils and essence appreciation sharing
circle.
Day one: Exploring Tijuana herbal shops at
the Mercados, feasting at one of TJ famous taco’s
stands, an herbal orientation and saluting the sunset
with Qi Gong exercises with Itxchel and Brian, the
founders of Escuela de La Madre Tierra.
Day
two: Adventuring Rosarito’s mountain by
collecting some of the native plants, emerging into
the Aromatic Temescal and enjoying a nourishing
banquet of local fruits.
Day
three: Enjoying Ensenada’s downtown charm,
souvenir shopping, aromatic personal care demonstration
& relaxing ocean views from the hotel room.
Day four: Experiencing a tour of organic
wine tasting & relaxing at a natural hot spring
at the Valle de Guadalupe.
Day
five: Learning in The valley of Mexicali the
basic routine of aqua aromatic reflexology, &
dining on spicy Asian influence cuisine.
Day
six: Soothing at El Cannon de Guadalupe hot
springs & gathering popular therapeutic bentonite

seven: Closure with the offering ceremony &
