Swedish Massage
This relaxing and nurturing treatment allows the body’s self-healing processes to awaken. Gentle flowing strokes, kneading, and friction massage calm and connect the whole body. Relieving stress, tiredness, and anxiety, this treatment leaves you feeling wonderfully resourced.

Barefoot Deep Tissue
Nicky brings her gentle and attentive nature to this revolutionary approach to deep tissue massage and myofacial release. Using her foot as an instrument allows her to effortlessly exert deep pressure for extended periods of time. Developed by John Harris, a pioneer in sports massage and performance bodywork, this technique successfully addresses chronic pain issues from injuries, over-exertion and postural problems. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

 

Thai Massage
Nicky studied Thai massage early in her training to satisfy her growing interest in South East Asian healing arts. Assisted stretches and mild to deep compressions stimulate and balance the body’s energy flow. Inspired by yoga, this treatment regenerates the body, heart, and mind. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Hot Stone Massage
Experience the grounding and soothing effect of hot stones placed along your body’s core and massaged along your limbs. The heat aids elimination and detoxification, increases circulation, relieves muscle pain, and relaxes soft tissue (This treatment is $120.)

Tai Chi Easy
Nicky is a certified Tai Chi Easy Facilitator. She is available for private or group classes. Tai Chi Easy is an accessible and enjoyable form of therapeutic movement incorporating the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

A graduate of the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, Nicky has long been guided by an awareness of the connection between body care and quality of life. She cares holistically for her own body and brings this approach to each of her massage sessions. Her serene and open manner sets clients at ease and enables them to relax fully and get the most out of their treatments.
