Body:
Buying or selling a home is typically very stressful for some
people, but it doesn't have to be! I will help alleviate physical
stress by doing as much of the work as possible. When I list your
home for sale, I take care of all showings, open houses, and the
like: you never have to be present. I'll work around your schedule
& always protect your home: physically and energetically.
I can also arrange for highly qualified & licensed painters,
handypeople, gardeners, movers, pest inspectors, etc. if needed.
Every offer will be presented to you immediately, and you will
be consistently updated on marketing efforts & results.
For buyers searching for their dream home: I will research properties
in the area that you like -- we can tour as few or as many as
you desire. I utilize all the Multiple Listing Services in the
area, and constantly communicate with other agents to learn of
"pocket listings" and opportunities that are not shared
with the general public. I can email photo tours to you, and we
can visit the homes you most want to see when it is convenient
for you. Also, whenever possible, I'll preview homes before showing
them to you to say you time and effort. I attend Broker's Tours
regularly so I keep up with the ever changing inventory.
Mind:
I'll help you in the area of "mind" by teaching you
as much as you are interested in learning about the home buying
and selling process. I'll take the lead on getting things done,
and explain it all: those complex forms you sign, all the inspections
that will protect you and ensure you are getting the quality you
desire, all the collaboration with loan agents and escrow agents.
I have been teaching college & workshops successfully for
15 years, and I am an expert in presenting information understandably
and concisely.
