Evolutionary Healing

Healing is about wholeness and connection; being in right relationship with your self, others and the planet. Identifying, addressing and resolving old negative patterns, limitations, and other issues un-locks the vibrancy and love within. Healing brings more peace, joy, health, harmony, and meaning into your life and relationships.

Sarah weaves her training in alternative, holistic and energetic healing into her Evolutionary Healing sessions. She facilitates an in depth integration for health and well being, bringing awareness and transformation to all levels of being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Sarah works co-creatively with her clients to activate the individual's natural ability to self-heal. She tunes into exactly what is needed and the way in which the healing will best be received. Healing messages come through in a very natural way, information or a story, a metaphor, an illuminating image or a co-creative dialogue, which initiates a healing shift in consciousness and energy.

Evolutionary Healing sessions are offered in person or over the phone and also in the context of a massage session.

Holographic Repatterning® Sessions

Holographic Repatterning® (HR) is an energetic healing system which utilizes muscle checking (Applied Kinesiology) as a biofeedback tool to effectively communicate with an individual's body-mind-spirit system to identify and transform that which is non-coherent or out of harmony and underlying ones' problems, difficulties and challenges. Utilizing this brilliant process, Sarah tracks and shifts negative patterns, disharmonies and limiting beliefs. HR is an excellent process which transforms problems and challenges one may be experiencing in their life, with their health, relationships and/or work.

An HR session provides the qualities of deep listening and being present with another in their totality. When we can really embody love and recognize spirit and higher love in others and also hold the space for the very human problems we go through, there becomes infinite possibilities for growth and higher states of well-being.

Holographic Repatterning® draws from physics, holograms, sound frequency work, and both ancient and modern healing systems, restoring our deepest energy patterns to balance and wholeness ----returning us to intention, and to resonance with our greatest potential as human beings.

SARAH GARNEY is a holistic healer, licensed massage therapist and developer of Evolutionary Healing. She has a background in Psychology, Alternative Healing, Yoga, Meditation and Conscious Evolution. Sarah developed Evolutionary Healing, a unique and effective system of intuitive energetic holistic healing. With Evolutionary Healing Massage, she weaves her extensive training in alternative healing into her bodywork sessions and facilitates an in depth integration for health and well being by accessing the body as a gateway to bring awareness and transformation to all levels of being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Sarah also offers Evolutionary Healing sessions and Holographic Repatterning® sessions (without massage). Sarah brings a wealth of wellness technologies to her work with clients. She inspires and supports individuals to listen within and create higher levels of joyful well-being and radiant health.

Sarah has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is trained and certified in the following healing therapies and spiritual work: Holographic Repatterning®, Interior Alignment, Theta Healing, Star Flower Essences and Light Body Meditation. Sarah is a full mesa carrier and has been initiated into the shamanic healing lineage of the Inkas of Peru. She has also trained in Hawaiian Kahuna Healing. Sarah’s bodywork background includes training in Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Deep Tissue, Breema, Applied Kinesiology, Hawaiian Temple Bodywork (Lomi Lomi) and Esalen Massage.
