About
Christina Fior
 With
a focus on cellular rejuvenation, Christina Fior has been
a practitioner of yoga, fitness and integrative health therapies
for over 30 years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Yoga/Shiatsu
Therapist, and Licensed Esthetician. She has an extensive
background in the development of preventative healthcare programs.
During the 1980's, Christina served as Director of Marketing
for a prominent Multi-Specialty Medical Group in Bakersfield
, CA and as Assistant Program Director for the Whole Life
Expo Los Angeles. For the last ten years she has worked extensively
in the spa industry both as an educational and marketing consultant
representing various skincare and food service products and
has spent many years building her knowledge in the field of
nutrition. Christina is also a contributing editor for the
newly premiering national "Beauty Show Magazine".
Christina brings an added component to her holistic background
as an experienced Handwriting Analyst and Graphotherapist.
She has studied with both the International Graphoanalysis
Institute and Handwriting University and has been hired as
a graphologist, privately as well as for scheduled events
for over 10 years. She strongly believes that lasting health
and vitality begins with understanding one's current life
patterns and life responses, and forging new neuropathways
to shed destructive behaviors and empower the individual in
making life-enhancing choices. Through the hundreds of clients
she has counseled over the years in her work as a skin/body
therapist, health coach, and handwriting analyst, Christina
has achieved the development of a comprehensive client profile
system for determining the direction and maximizing the effectiveness
her Anti-Aging Lifestyle Programs.
Christina
is the mother of two teenage children and resides with her
family in Santa Barbara, California.
