The work that I am led to do with clients often includes an element of deeper emotional healing. For some individuals, this work can provide deep and rapid shifts, and for others, a more gradual approach is needed or desired.

My Background

My name is Brent Pilegard and I have been on a strong spiritual and personal growth path for over a decade. Along my journey, I became awake to the immense value of doing depth psychological work. This naturally brought me to the field of counseling where I would have a more direct opportunity to undergo this process and help provide this to others.

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Sofia University (formerly Institute of Transpersonal Psychology), a school world renown for teaching counseling that addresses and integrates mind, body, and spirit. Inspired to further my range and depth of counseling ability, I received training to become a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and took Ph.D. courses in Leadership and Transformational Change, Eastern Religions, and Spiritual and Non-dual Counseling at the California Institute of Integral Studies. It is my passion to help people grow and heal, become self-empowered, and experience miraculous positive shifts within themselves.
