Bodywork rite of passage from Hawai‘i
Lomilomi is a profound journey of the Spirit, through the body, supporting the recipient to achieve harmony and health. Recipients are encouraged to bring their intention for their session and for their Lives. Invocation, body anointment, Hawaiian chant and music create the Sacred Space. Life Energy, or Mana, is transmitted through deep breathing with long connected strokes, from skin level to deep tissue and structural alignment. Space is held to empower one’s intention, breathing that into one’s body experience. The core of Lomilomi is the warmth of unconditional loving touch.

Holotropic Breathwork~
‘Rebirthing’
Through a series of guided breathing techniques, rebirthing offers the
super oxygenation of the body and brain, the release of emotional blocks, cellular detoxification and vitalization. Breath work can be combined with bodywork for a ‘whole being’ integrated experience.

About Gregory:

Gregory Braveheart, CMT offers the fruits of a 12 year journey of Soul searching and personal healing. His passion is creating the space for recipients to be unconditionally received, to heal through feeling and freedom of expression, to clarify their Life Purpose, and to receive the empowerment to Live the Life of their dreams. His training with teachers in various traditions includes: Lomilomi and traditional Hawaiian principles, Native American Plant Spirit Medicine, Zen Shiatsu, Siddha and hatha yoga and energy medicine. He has been in practice facilitating individuals and groups since 2002.
