Our
team is run by Mr. Nutrition - Matt Hackney. We have helped hundreds
of people lose weight and we believe over 80% of this success comes

We
offer Yoga as part of our well-rounded program. We don't believe
anyone should do one activity consistently. Cross-training is your
key to success & Yoga is a great way to work on flexibility,
mental conditioning, and breathing.

Matt
Hackney founded MOVFitness in 2004. He has traveled the world expressing
his love for fitness & health. He started his career as a professional
lifeguard which took him to many exotic beaches including living
on a deserted beach in the Caribbean during the Summer of 2005.
Matt is a Certified NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach
as well as holding over 15 other certifications, including being
a Certified Ballroom Dance Instructor and trains professional athletes,
celebrities, Fortune 500 CEOs, and the general public.
His nutritional expertise has helped coach athletes
to some amazing feats in Olympic swimming & other high endurance
sports. He is also certified Boxing Fitness Trainer - having worked
with professional heavyweight boxers.
Matt
enjoys spending his spare time ballroom dancing at Arthur Murray
of Santa Barbara. He is also an avid runner, putting in well over
50 miles a week with a 5k Personal Record of 14:38. We have an amazing
team at MOVFitness who are all environmentally friendly & live,
